Coviello Farms sits on approx. 135 acres in the central part of Delaware called Houston. Our elderberry orchard sits on four acres and includes apple and peach trees. Our aquaponics building houses many tropical plants. The honey used in the mead is sourced from the hard-working bees in the apiary area next to the elderberry and fruit trees for them to pollenate with. Our meads are made with fresh fruit and honey for a unique flavor of tangy, sweet, and tart.
The Tasting Room carries meads for a refreshing afternoons or warm comforting spiced meads perfect for cozy evenings. In addition to the meads, we carry Elderberry Elixirs (syrups), Honey, Honey Bombs, local ice cream (Frozen Farmer) and additional gift store items.
Looking for an additional experience or a weekend getaway the meadery is part of Adventures Await Retreat which has 40 RV sites and cabins for glamping. Whether you are looking for an afternoon of relaxation or to stay the week we have something for everyone.
